All right, let me explain how this is going to work. Control High Blood Pressure (CHBP) 2.0 includes 7 lessons, each with a workbook activity. The workbook activities are included so you put concrete ideas and steps down on paper. When you write something down it's more likely to “stick”. You submit these workbook activities for feedback, suggestions, and support.

Each lesson and workbook activity is received in pdf format and requires Adobe Reader to view, print, and submit. If you do not have adobe reader, it can be downloaded for free at Adobe.

CHBP 2.0 is organized like a book. Print each lesson and start a 3 ring binder. By the time you complete the program, you'll have assembled a book. Complete each lesson and activity by hand, then come back to the pdf file, fill out the form and submit.

I recommend tackling no more than 1 LESSON PER WEEK! Change is hard. The slower you go, the more successful you'll be. Give yourself time to implement what you learn.
